登录华为邮箱管理员（登录地址:https://www.ppmail.com.cn/list_51，选择：华为云企业邮箱登录入口，管理员登录）
Log in as Huawei email administrator (login address: https://www.ppmail.com.cn/list_51 , Select: Huawei Cloud Enterprise Email Login Portal, Administrator Login)

方法一：（适用于离职成员邮箱未关闭）

Method 1: (Applicable to resigned members whose email has not been closed)

1、邮箱账号-成员邮箱管理；找到离职员工的邮箱，关闭邮箱
Email Account - Member Email Management; Find the email address of the departing employee and close it

2、勾选：转移该邮箱邮件至其他成员邮箱中的复选框；选中交接员工的邮箱；确认。
Check the checkbox to transfer the email from this mailbox to another member's mailbox; Select the email address of the handover employee; Confirm.

方法二：(适用于离职成员邮箱已关闭，且关闭时间未超出30天，超出30天无法转移)
Method 2: (Applicable to resigned members whose email has been closed and the closure time has not exceeded 30 days, and cannot be transferred after 30 days)

1、邮箱账号-邮箱回收站-邮件转移；找到离职员工的邮箱，转移邮件
Email Account - Email Recycle Bin - Email Transfer; Find the email address of the departing employee and transfer the email

2、选中交接员工的邮箱，确认
Select the email address of the handover employee and confirm
