登录华为邮箱管理员（地址:https://www.ppmail.com.cn/list_51，选择：华为云企业邮箱登录入口/管理员登录）

Log in as Huawei email administrator (address: https://www.ppmail.com.cn/list_51 , Select: Huawei Cloud Enterprise Email Login Portal/Administrator Login)

1、选择：邮箱账号--成员邮箱管理，找到需要关闭的邮箱，关闭邮箱

Select: Email Account - Member Email Management, find the email that needs to be closed, close the email

2、确认关闭成员邮箱账号，选择是否进行将被关闭邮箱邮件转移（建议勾选），确认
Confirm the closure of the member's email account, select whether to transfer the closed email (it is recommended to check), and confirm

3、关闭的企业邮箱可在邮箱回收站保留30天，在保留期内，可选择恢复邮箱或者彻底删除企业邮箱
The closed enterprise email can be kept in the email recycle bin for 30 days. During the retention period, you can choose to restore the email or completely delete the enterprise email
