登录华为邮箱管理员（登录地址:https://www.ppmail.com.cn/list_51，选择：华为云企业邮箱登录入口，管理员登录）

1、安全管理--邮件监控，创建

Select: Security Management - Email Monitoring, Create

2、填写监控信息，保存.
需填写监控规则名称、监控对象（全部或者部分可根据需要勾选），具体的监控规则，如选择监控范围（站内范围指的是所有在华为云企业邮箱上开通邮箱的用户邮件往来）、触发条件（可选择全部邮件/同时满足所有条件/满足条件之一）、是否含有附件，设定监控员

Fill in monitoring information， Save.

You need to fill in the name of the monitoring rule, the monitoring object (all or part can be checked as needed), specific monitoring rules, such as selecting the monitoring range (the on-site range refers to all email exchanges between users who have opened an email on Huawei Cloud Enterprise Email), triggering conditions (can select all emails/meet all conditions at the same time/meet one of the conditions), whether there are attachments, and setting the monitoring personnel

3、创建对应的监控规则后，包含网页端邮件往来及绑定第三方客户端使用的邮件往来，被监控对象若触发设定的监控规则，则对应的邮件内容会自动同步发送至监控员邮箱，监控员会收到主题为“[邮件监控]原邮件主题”的邮件。

The monitor will receive an email with the subject "[Email Monitoring] Original Email Subject"
