阿里企业邮箱添加公共联系人教程

只有阿里企业邮箱管理员才有权限添加公共联系人,普通用户没有权限操作。

登录阿里企业邮箱管理员(https://ppmail.com.cn/list_51,选择阿里企业邮箱,登录)

1、公共联系人(人员较多)需要分组添加联系人。
组织与用户-公共联系人管理-新建分组-填写分组名称-确定

Public contacts (with a large number of people) need to be grouped to add contacts

Organization and Users - Public Contact Management - New Group - Fill in Group Name - Confirm

2、点击已添加的分组,新建联系人,添加群组成员姓名、邮箱地址、公司等信息,

继续添加一个账号,保存。

3、如果公共联系人较少,可以不用建立分组直接添加联系人。
