管理员添加白名单（将邮件地址或者域名添加到白名单后，该地址或者该域名下各个邮箱与本组织内所有的阿里企业邮箱是好友关系，不会被认为是垃圾邮件）

Administrator adds whitelist (after adding email address or domain name to the whitelist, each email under that address or domain name has a friend relationship with all Alibaba enterprise emails within the organization and will not be considered spam)

1、登录阿里企业邮箱管理员（https://ppmail.com.cn/list_51，选择阿里企业邮箱，登录）

Log in as Alibaba Enterprise Email Administrator（ https://ppmail.com.cn/list_51 , select Alibaba Enterprise Email, log in)

2、安全管理-白名单管理-添加白名单,添加邮箱地址或者域名，确定

Security Management - Whitelist Management - Add Whitelist,Add email address or domain name, confirm

3、成员用户也可以设置属于自己账号的白名单（设置成功后，白名单中所添加邮件地址或域名下面企业邮箱所发来的邮件，不会进入成员用户的阿里企业邮箱垃圾邮件箱）
登录成员阿里邮箱（地址：https://ppmail.com.cn/list_51，选择阿里企业邮箱，登录）
设置-邮箱设置-白名单-添加白名单，确定。

Member users can also set a whitelist for their own accounts (after successful setting, emails sent from enterprise email addresses or domains under the whitelist will not enter the member users' Alibaba enterprise email spam folder)

Login to member's Alibaba email (address: https://ppmail.com.cn/list_51 , select Alibaba Enterprise Email, log in)

Settings - Email Settings - Whitelist - Add to Whitelist, OK.
